interactions with Broadway Season markets in Canada and the U.S., including but not limited to;

London, Moncton, Hamilton, Thunder Bay, Halifax, Great Falls, Lafayette, and applicable tour

sites.

By accessing or using these sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them

carefully.

1. Ticketing Terms

Revocable License: Your ticket is a revocable license to attend the designated event. We and the

venue reserve the right to refuse admission or eject any person for behavior that violates event

rules or applicable laws.

All Sales Final: Unless otherwise stated, all ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges are

provided except if:

  • The event is canceled outright.

  • Your ticket is invalid or not honored at the event.

  • The ticket does not match the description provided at time of purchase.

If a refund is issued, it will cover the ticket’s face value and applicable service fees; delivery or

transaction fees may be excluded.

Rescheduling and Postponements: If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the

new date. Refunds will not be issued unless required by law or at the organizer’s discretion.

Artists, Cast, and Lineup: Performers, cast, and production elements are subject to change

without notice. Changes to the lineup or cast do not entitle the ticket holder to a refund.

Ticket Transfer and Resale: Tickets may not be resold or transferred for profit where prohibited

by law. Unauthorized resale or use in promotions without permission may result in ticket

cancellation.
