provided except if:
-
The event is canceled outright.
-
Your ticket is invalid or not honored at the event.
-
The ticket does not match the description provided at time of purchase.
If a refund is issued, it will cover the ticket’s face value and applicable service fees; delivery or
transaction fees may be excluded.
Rescheduling and Postponements: If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will be valid for the
new date. Refunds will not be issued unless required by law or at the organizer’s discretion.
