INTERESTED IN EXCHANGING YOUR SHOW'S PERFORMANCE FOR ANOTHER DATE and Time?
HERE'S HOW!
Step 1
Log into your Account Manager HERE & click "MY EVENTS"
Step 2
Click on the "view event details" button to exchange performance date and time
Step 3
Click on the "more" button, and then click "exchange"
Step 4
Check the box next to the seats you'd like to exchange and click "continue"
Step 5
Click "Select Event" for the new performance date & time you'd like to attend.
Please Note: You can only exchange seats for a different performance date/time within the same show. You can not exchange seats between different show titles
Step 6
Choose your new seats from the seating map, review your exchange details, and proceed to checkout
